Democratic Party MP, Luan Baçi, has commented on the political situation in the country and his positioning on the safe list of candidates for MPs, while the electoral campaign will officially start in a week.
Baçi emphasized that he never had high expectations for his positioning, leaving everything in the hands of the work and support of the Fier Democrats.
"I don't create expectations, I leave everything to the work, but I had no doubt that I would be on the closed list, since the Democrats of Fier have voted for me plebiscitely every time I have been in the race. In the last primaries I was among the most voted ," he declared in an interview for News24
The Democratic MP also said that he would not have seen it as a problem to be part of an open list.
"In fact, I would find it more pleasant to be on the open list, because you would compete and enter parliament with an open vote," he added.
