A few layers beneath what the sunlight sees, in the dark world of crime that runs the highest echelons of the country's government, the war is fierce and fierce. For this, Edi Rama must come out and give an urgent account. He must tell about the Decision he signed and explain legally how he will wiretap Albanians.
