Democratic leader Sali Berisha focused his closing speech on the program of the Democratic Party and its allies, while stating that after May 11, Albania will be the country with the lowest taxes.
In this context, Berisha has called on business to vote for the DP alternative and its program.
"This program, which in fact once again has the nation's main motto in its youth, invites every Albanian wherever they are, in all four corners of the world, to consider returning to Albania.
5 years without taxes. Soft loans. Their success is our proof. Great Albania will only be the Albania that catches the high-tech train. I guarantee that Albania will be the Albania of high-tech, of Internet 3, data centers and artificial intelligence.
This will be Albania at your age. But I promise every businessman and I tell him that May 11 is not a vote for a government, but it is a vote first and foremost for your business.
Because if you have survived these years, after May 11, the spaces of freedom for you will be completely different. We are a party of individual freedom, we believe in free initiative.
Therefore, we will establish the lowest tax regime in Europe. Ronald Reagan wrote that money in the accounts of citizens and businessmen is more useful than government accounts.
I tell you that this prophecy of his is biblical, it is Quranic. Therefore, every small business will buy energy from 18 to 6 lek.
The water tariff will be halved. The public area will be divided by 5. Municipalities will never be able to tax more than 1 percent of turnover.
The ceilings for profit tax and VAT will be 180 thousand euros.
Other businesses will have a 10 percent profit tax.
VAT 15 percent.
This means more jobs, more salaries, more welfare.
Why did he, why did the genius who wrote the doctrine of capitalism, say that wealth spreads, spreads, and spreads. Wealth spreads when you respect the freedom of the individual, create space for the individual and his businesses.
There will be no other country that has taxes as low as Albania.
Businessmen and investors from the USA, Germany, France, and Greece will flock to Albania.
Albania will be the most attractive country.
We will create four free economic zones.
Made in Albania, national pride.
Friends, Albanian farmers, despised and discriminated against, noble people who earn their living with rivers of sweat, had the most difficult time in these 12 years after collectivization.
The Open Balkans was a hostile act against Albanian farmers. Vučić's Argati opened the doors to goods coming from Russia, from all other areas, and farmers faced extreme inequality.
In Kosovo and Macedonia alone, farmers are subsidized five times more than in Albania.
Dear farmers, on May 11th, vote because you are voting first and foremost for your sweat, your labor, your farm, your well-being.
Because our program in the first 100 days will fivefold the subsidies for every seedling planted, for every head of livestock, for every production unit.
And in the village there will be no more discrimination. There will be no pension below 200 euros.
"So everyone, come together, vote for change, vote for your success," said Berisha.
