From the closing meeting of the Socialist Party in Tirana, Prime Minister Rama also took aim at Sali Berisha.
He said that Albania without the SP is like a swamp-colored flag. Rama added that the old owl is mentally exhausted and politically hopeless.
"Thinking of Albania today without us, the Socialist Party at the helm of its great works and our effort to climb to the top in 2030, is like thinking of Albania with a swamp-colored flag, like hearing the voice of the country with the broken threads of a mentally exhausted, morally depressed and politically hopeless old man ," said Rama.
