Lawyer Romeo Kara has commented on SPAK's request for the arrest of Sali Berisha.
Confessing a conversation he had with Berisha when the latter was in the post of president, lawyer Romeo Kara said that the head of Reestablishment did not like people with democratic ideals.
As for Berisha's calls for "civil disobedience", Kara said that the former prime minister will take some other people with him, trying to get out of the situation he is in.
"I have known the person since December 14, 1990 and I have talked with him. I faced him when he was at the very top of power, when he became president. In a debate with him, he told me that my biggest problem was that I have an ideal of democracy in my head. He has not done violence without doing, he has even pushed his children. Civil disobedience is taking the risk of facing punishment. Berisha wants to get out of this predicament he got himself into. I am convinced that he will take some others with him", said the lawyer for "Report Tv".
