Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha broke the restriction imposed by the Special Court, which, in addition to house arrest, prohibited him from communicating with anyone outside the family.
Today dozens of democrats gathered under his apartment in protest and solidarity with him. But unlike yesterday when Berisha just came out and greeted them from the window, today Berisha spoke by taking the microphone.
Boxes were installed below the building and Berisha was given a microphone, where he spoke from the window of the apartment. Berisha continued with the usual attacks and accusations. According to him, the Constitution is being violated with his isolation.
" They decided to stop Sali Berisha from all communication with you, but I will confess one thing to you. My friends, I and each of you have two constitutions. Our supreme constitution is our conscience, it is divine and we obey it as well as God. Therefore, I guarantee you that Sali Berisha will defend only what is in your interest and in the interest of the democrats and in the interest of Albania. Besides this country, the nation has a Constitution that is desecrated and kicked every day by the dictator of the gangs, Edi Rama.
The Constitution has a clause in it, Article 17, which stipulates that there is no prime minister, judge or prosecutor to deny freedom of expression. Horats don't have laws, they don't have morals.
This is a battle that has the mission of restoring pluralism after its disappearance.

" If Edi Rama, his ministers, Dumani, Doshi and so on, Gjiknuri, Manja, and others, are her murderers on the ground, Dumani, Kraja and others are her murderers in the files that they do not open never. This, my friends, is laro. These are enemies of your freedoms, of the freedoms of Albanians.
These, for those who share with the criminals in government, are ready to kick over your most basic freedom, the vote. Furthermore, former Prime Minister Berisha declared that civil disobedience will continue in all four parts of the country, while he invited the citizens to resist.
" We start the year on foot, in battle, a battle that we started with civil disobedience in parliament. We will extend this battle from this alley to the four corners of the country. Albania will have peace and stability, only when Albanians will vote freely and with dignity. Today is a good day for us, because we are more determined than ever. Today we are more aware than ever what the Tirana regime is ," said Berisha.
The MPs gathered below his apartment declared that they will continue to protest every day, which means that Berisha will speak from the window every evening, throwing the court's decision in the trash.
