The General Secretary of the Freedom Party, Tedi Blushi, has again attacked SPAK and GJKKO, after the arrest of Ilir Meta.
The appeal left yesterday in force the security measure "prison arrest" for the head of the PL Ilir Meta. The latter had asked to be tried in a free state, a request which was rejected by the Appeal.
Blushi called the handcuffing of Meta a criminal kidnapping and calls it a political and mafia decision.
As he called it a flagrant violation of the Constitution, the European Convention and Human Rights, Blushi also attacked the Justice as placed under the dictates of Rama, but also "under the hoof of the international mafia".
He did not spare the accusations of justice as being related to Rama, Soros, McGonigal, calling them international mafia.
"In the interest of transparency, we feel the obligation to clarify before all Albanians all the irrefutable arguments why the illegal investigation, criminal kidnapping and extreme political isolation of the President of the Freedom Party, the second opposition party in the country and the third party of For 20 years, Mr. Ilir Meta has been at the head of a disgusting political process, completely unacceptable and totally mafia, not based on the law, in violation flagrant violation of the Constitution, of the European Convention of Human Rights, completely unsupported by any document, by any criminal fact and by any evidence, in brutal and complete violation of the principle of presumption of innocence and due process of law.
It is already clear, like the light of the sun, that the sorosified justice, under the dictates of Edi Rama and the hoof of the international mafia, is serving today as a hired killer on their behalf to annihilate the real opposition, pluralism and democracy, functioning only of the personal, political and electoral mafia agendas of the Prime Minister, making Albania today one of the few countries in the world with political prisoners.
It is clear that even yesterday's decision of the Special Sorosified Court of Appeal, almost to leave the President of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, in prison under arrest as SPAK dictated, is sponsored by the Government and the Sorosian McGonigals, as and the continuation of the scandalous investigation against him, launched at the height of the clash with Prime Minister Rama for the protection of the Constitutional Court, based only on fraud, manipulation and extreme bias, which was concluded with the bandit kidnapping, as all Albanians saw it, by bandits with masks, heavily armed and unidentified.
The dirty file sponsored by the biggest enemies of Albania and the Albanian nation against President Meta, which has no criminal facts and no evidence against him, proves universally that the Sorosified justice system does not work on the basis of constitutional and legal principles , but on the basis of hatred, primitive revenge, political orders and police methods of a dictatorial state.
The President of the Freedom Party, Mr. Ilir Meta, is today a political prisoner only because of his very right institutional, political, patriotic and civic positions in defense of the national interest and sovereignty of the Republic of Albania, the issue of the Sea and the uncompromising defense of Kosovo's borders, the open opposition to the "Torn Balkans", as well as because of the uncompromising denunciation of the incrimination and schizophrenic corruption of Edi Rama, the Narkostate and the Sorosified Justice from head to toe.
Therefore, the de-Sorosification of justice, which has produced prosecutors and judges, only blind tools and political mercenaries like the Duma and Dvoran, is today a national emergency, and the Freedom Party is more determined than ever to lead them to the battle at any cost and sacrifice for the liberation of the country and the state and the restoration of the state of law and equality before the law for every citizen.
No court decision, no miserable action of the Narcoregimiento and no other power can stop the determined battle of hundreds of thousands of our members, at home and abroad, for the dismantling of the Narkostate and the implementation of our 5 Priorities for 4 million as soon as possible.
