The Vice President of Reestablishment, Luciano Boçi, in a statement to the media, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of concreting the line of the Pogradec lake with constructions.
Boçi said that Rama, after washing his hands with the south, divided it into pieces, giving it to 'strategic investors', the families of government women, his clients, now he has moved to the lake line of Pogradec, to make Pogradec a typical second case , victim of the combination of economic corruption.
Boçi called on SPAK to act against this corruption of Edi Rama.
"I am here to denounce another corrupt affair, the case of biting and hijacking of public space for bazaars and dirty tricks.
To give it to the chosen clients, who also serve as coffers from which part of the dirty money comes out to divert the vote and manipulate the electoral processes.
Rama, after washing his hands with the south, did work there. He tore it into pieces, giving it to 'strategic investors', the family members of government officials, his clients, now he has attacked the lake line of Pogradec, to make Pogradec the second typical case, a victim of the combination of economic corruption with political corruption, by transferring public assets into the hands of investors, who are actually that family part of Rama's collaboration in political and economic corruption, to devour and grab our common public wealth that belongs to us all, especially in special areas, such as is the coast or the protected area of the Pogradec lake, giving these properties to people targeted and proven as members of criminal gangs, as happened today with Velipoja.
This is a model that we encountered in Tirana and that unfortunately is being applied in small tourist towns with very high value. An unprecedented thing not only in the region, but also in Europe.
Small towns, near lakes, do not accept high constructions in the form of towers because they lose their tourist side and no longer attract that part that we love so much, the part of tourism.
But Rama has seen concreting as an economic model of success, but in fact it is an economic model of corruption. Even when he was the mayor himself, he produced endless money, now he is using it to produce money again for himself and his clients, but now extending it to the whole of Albania.
Let's not forget that we are in Pogradec, the pearl of Albania, much loved by Albanians, which has a special protection from UNESCO. And this decision violates not only the bilateral agreement with neighboring Macedonia, but also does not consider UNESCO's decisions on protected areas.
Albania has even received open threats, in the case of the Tushemishti area, for exclusion from UNESCO, but the prime minister does not cower in the face of economic benefits and corruption. He is ready to exclude Pogradec from the protected area just to realize his corrupt goals.
Let's not forget that Mr. Rama has launched an investigation into Mr. Berisha and his son-in-law, Mr. Malltezi, why the latter took the property and developed it. While Rama for the umpteenth time steals public property, private property with VKM and gives it to clients. This is a corrupt act, this is a criminal act.
My question is when SPAK will act against this corruption of Edi Rama? ", said Boçi.
