As Socialist MP Erion Braçe was speaking from the Parliament podium, he was interrupted by noises coming from one of the boxes in the hall.
The situation seemed to irritate the SP MP, who reacted by calling for calm and referring to the students present in the gallery as "tourists."
"Is it possible for those tourists there to keep quiet?! Or do they want to go outside," said Brace, while the students were talking with Democratic MP Ina Zhupa.
Then, the chair of the plenary session, Klodiana Spahiu, intervened, calling for calm in the hall.
