The MP of the SP, Erion Braçe, said today from the floor of the Assembly that Greece should have an agreement with Albania, so that the Albanian employees in the Hellenic state can benefit from social security for the years of work they have.
He said that he thinks that this is a right that belongs to him and that Greece should recognize it as it recognizes it for Serbian employees in Greece.
He said that this right also belongs to Fredi Beller, as he added: "For honest work, not for what he has done in the dark."
"The situation is not rosy. We have two big problems with our neighbors. The first is Greece. We need an agreement with him on insurance, as long as we have a number of immigrants, workers who have contributed both to the economy and to the budget of Greece's schemes, as long as they have paid insurance there. From all accounts, it is thought that 500,000 Albanians should benefit from Greece.
Each of them has contributed to Greece and should be part of an agreement that guarantees the payment of social security for them as well. Until today, all governments have left the burden only to this government, but it is still not in negotiations, they do not agree with Albania on this agreement.
Greece must understand that it is a matter of justice for Albanians who have contributed to Greece. It must also guarantee it for Albanian workers, as it has guaranteed it for Serbian workers. I believe they deserve it and it will be legal, legal, even for the citizen Alfred Beleri, because he also worked in Greece, I'm talking about the legal jobs and not the ones he did in the dark.
There is no reason for Albanian workers to work in Greece or Italy, with 5 euros more. So raise the wages. We have to look at the policy of supporting new births", Braçe said.
