Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has returned to his apartment on 'Mustafa Metohiti' street, where he is under "imprisonment" measure, after he finished being interrogated by SPAK for almost 2 hours.
Before entering his house, where he has been staying since December 30 with security measures, Sali Berisha once again issued accusations against SPAK, comparing the premises of the Special Anti-corruption Structure to the mafia's caves.
The former prime minister declared before the journalists that he denounced all the violations of the prosecutors, who, according to him, refused to accept the evidence.
"It was a special pleasure to greet the supporters, but the pleasure was multiplied to continue the battle. Today was a day of triumph in the darkest recesses of the criminal organization called SKAP. There today I found a situation worthy of mafia caves. People in terror. Edi Rama in a chair, McGonigal next to him, Bajrot with them. They had gathered all the criminals they are associated with. I told them that I am here in respect of a principle, that whoever is called must appear. I denounced their unconstitutional acts prepared by Rama.
I denounced Rama for using them as mercenaries and to expel the political opponent from the parliament, fighting against pluralism. I took down the pyramid of fraud they have built. People who have no morals are forced to keep it. I denounced the rejection of the evidence in an unprecedented act, which expertly proved that every penny is documented. They argued that there is no legal violation, except for Rama who took 1500 m of land from the Begeja family donated for the school.
I posed a series of questions. I denounced their decision that does not allow me to go to parliament. I found an atmosphere of terror. I told them that you are hopeless", said Berisha.
