The Council for Legislation met today where the mandate of Minister Olta Xhaçka was discussed.
During his speech, Enkelejd Alibeaj said that Xhaçka was protected by the majority. Alibeaj also added that professional expertise can be misused politically.

Enkelejd Alibeaj:I understand that the expert has accepted the summons from the legal department. I have the impression that no one can create a complete idea of the task he will undertake. In order to be placed in optimal conditions to make decisions or not, some other characteristics of the process should be made known to him. So within a political body, it should be the heart of expertise, but it cannot escape the petty game of politics and these should be made known to the expert. The professional expertise provided can be misused politically and this is a risk. Most likely, sooner or later, I don't believe it will happen that this case will not go to the CJK. It seems clear that Mazhoranca has defended its representative in the government and will use there the expert's reading of the case and this will be the main argument that will be used. These are issues that you should have brought to the attention of the expert. Later it will be complicated, these churches to say to the Council.
Klotilda Bushka: It is our maximum will to implement the decisions of the Constitutional Court. It is offensive to say that the expert will be misused. We have some dilemmas that are not related to the specific case, but to the balances in democracy. No one will use your name or your expertise for political games.
