Deputy Flamur Noka appeared today at the Special Prosecutor's Office. Noka has been summoned by the Special Body, in the capacity of the declarant for the report he made about the local elections that were held on May 14.

This is the second time in a few days that Noka has been summoned to SPAK for the same issue. Noka told the media that he was summoned for the report he made against the mayor of Roskovec, Majlinda Bufi, for whom he says blackmailed and threatened the citizens for voting.

Also, Noka said that he was called for the report he made about the Activist application, which according to him served to put pressure on the administration for the vote.
