The SPAK file for the arrest of Ahmetaj, Tabaku: His escape is a failure of the state and parliament

Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku has commented on the SPAK file and the request for the arrest of Arben Ahmetaj.

In a statement to journalists before the start of the plenary session, Tabaku said that the fact that Ahmetaj is not in Albania is bad news, calling this a failure of the state and the parliament.

"Mr. Ahmetaj is the first to be accused of Tirana. Everything has been made public. I believe we should leave the coffee discussions.

We have three high-ranking officials in front of justice. The bad news is that Ahmetaj is not here, and this is the failure of the state and the parliament that failed to gather to bring him to justice in time," stated Tabaku.
