Thursday's parliamentary session is expected to be tense again and perhaps more aggressive than in the past. According to the work calendar of the Assembly, this will be the penultimate session, as this session closes on December 21. But SP seems to have followed a strategy, not leaving two of the most important issues for the last session.
On Thursday, the amendments to the Rules of the Assembly will be approved, amendments that foresee the tightening of punitive measures for deputies who light flares and block the session. The SP is expected to impose a 30-day to 2-month suspension and is expected to cause even more tension on Thursday.
Today Bardhi's group and Berisha's group have agreed to destabilize the session in order to prevent the voting of acts, but it remains to be seen how well they will succeed. But the SP, knowing that there will be tensions again, has decided to take advantage of the smoke and flames, putting the pact with Italy for refugees on the agenda. The Pact in the Calendar is planned for the last session, but the SP has brought it closer without risking it in the end.
The signals are that this session will end with a session for Berisha, where it is expected that his immunity will be removed and the SPAK road will be opened for arrest.
