The 'Partizani' case, Kelliçi: I have read the file, find me a signature of Sali Berisha there

The deputy of the Democratic Party, Belind Kelliçi, said that in the "Partizani" file, there is no evidence that the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha signed a personal decision to favor his relative.

In an interview for "Euronews Albania", he said that in this file it appears that the one who signed it was Prime Minister Edi Rama in the capacity of the chairman of the KRT.

" I have read the file, the overwhelming part, and I am impressed that at no time can one find a firm or a decision-making by Mr. Berisha. I note that the person who signed this file is Edi Rama, the chairman of KRT.

Mr. Berisha, in the way I have read this file, in the entire file there is no state official who is accused of violating the law. We do not have any civil servant who is accused of having violated the law, at no time do we have any facts or a hint that Mr. Berisha has signed a personal decision somewhere to favor his relative. This process has lasted 12 years ," he said.
