Durrës district MP Ferdinand Xhaferraj said that the most optimistic perspective would be political rotation. Xhaferaj further argued that even if a narrow loss of 3-4 mandates occurs, it creates confidence that the thing will be done again.
According to Xhaferraj, if Basha's result is not achieved in the May 11 elections, it will be Basha who will remove Berisha.
