Today in the media, an interesting detail from his statement made at the protest in front of Tirana City Hall, where he announced that he dismissed the guards of the Guard, appeared in the media. According to the law, after leaving the Presidency, each head of state is protected for another 5 years. But Meta sent them away for fear that the guards were spying on him.

" I go out in the middle of Tirana without bodyguards and just so you know, I chased away the bodyguards of the Republic Guard because they are not employees of the Republic Guard, they are patrons of Renaissance and this ugly sect ," he said.  

In relation to this, the lawyer Romeo Kara also reacted, who ironically said: " Paranoia... When the crib comes out one day, you won't even trust your own clothes anymore... ".
