Prime Minister Edi Rama, also the leader of the Socialist Party, has presented the party's candidates for MPs in the Tirana District for the May 11 parliamentary elections.
Rama has appealed to citizens with the right to vote to vote for the SP, for No. 5, on May 11, as otherwise they will waste their vote.
The socialist leader stated that if the SP is not voted in on May 11, then integration into the European Union becomes impossible.
"There are two countries that can quickly join the EU, Albania and Montenegro. This is an important moment, as the EU is now also supporting the enlargement. Why is this happening? Because now it is also geopolitics, because these are the developments of the World.
"For the first time, the stars of Europe have come together, and this is in line with our interest. We want to enter the European Union and this is the moment, but this door will not remain open forever. Therefore, Albanians, regardless of political beliefs, want to enter that door before it closes ," said Rama.
