According to him, President Begaj has committed 7 serious constitutional violations.
"After an exhaustive analysis of the evidence, facts, the Constitution of Albania, domestic legislation and the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court by the legal experts of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, we have reached the conclusion that the President of the Republic Bajram Begaj has committed 7 serious violations of the Constitution and the Law, which constitute sufficient grounds for his dismissal from office," Bardhi added.
