Opposition campaign manager Chris LaCivita posted a special photo today alongside US President Donald Trump.
"It all started on Parris Island, a long time ago," he writes, recalling his collaboration with Trump.

LaCivita referred to an island used as a base for recruiting US Marines. A few hours earlier, LaCivita denied rumors in government media that he had left the campaign in Albania, stressing that he would work until Edi Rama's departure.
Chris LaCivita was also Donald Trump's campaign manager, which led to his victory in the White House.
American LaCivita was introduced by the Democratic Party as the leader of the electoral campaign for the May 11 elections. He has participated in several electoral meetings of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, where he has also given speeches.
At the opening of the DP campaign, he said that in the US the socialists tried to imprison Donald Trump, but failed. LaCivita added that in Albania too, the government will fail in imprisoning the opposition.
"Who is ready to make Albania great again? In 2024, in the US, the socialists tried to imprison Donald Trump. They failed. In 2025, here in Albania, the socialists want to imprison the entire opposition and they will fail. Why? Because they have nothing to say about the failures of the last 12 years, 12 years of crime, drugs and in 12 years, over 1 million Albanians have left Albania. It is 12 years of economic failure. Why vote for a party that has created all the problems. Vote for Dr. Berisha. Give your country a chance and hope. Thank you and may God bless you," he said.
