Judge Erion Bani has not yet issued a decision regarding the security measure for Erion Veliaj and the other defendants.

He has been in the Council Chamber for almost two hours and will have to decide whether or not to confirm the security measure for the mayor, who has been arrested by order of SPAK.

Veliaj's lawyers presented a financial guarantee to the Court for Veliaj's release, while Xoxa's lawyers requested the removal of the house arrest measure and its replacement with mandatory reporting.
