Judge Erjon Çela left in force certain security measures against Ilir Meta, Monika Kryemadhi and Ema Çok. For Pirro Xixhon, there was a change in the measure from house arrest to forced appearance.
In a statement to the media after the end of the session, Monika Kryemadhi said that GJKKO decides what SPAK requires. She accused the justice system of doing this to stop her candidacy of Meta and Xixho in the upcoming elections.
When questioned by journalists, Kryemadhi denied the accusations and called the judicial process against her and her ex-husband a farce.
"The court decides what the Prosecution says. Pirro Xixhon was forced to appear because he is sick. It's all about Eris Xixho, Monika Kryemadhi and Ilir Meta not running in the next elections. There it was confirmed that the CEZ-DIA case started in January 2018 and since they had nothing, they joined it with my accusations. It was very funny what the Prosecution said. For all the things that Monika is accused of, they take Ilir Meta to prison. I used to have a weekly submission obligation, but I'll do it once a month. You will have me here. The prosecutor said that you, Monika Kryemadhi, had an operation. Even the villa that was said is a villa that I did not order ", said Kryemadhi.
