This is how SPAK is acting towards the former mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, who has become the object of Prime Minister Edi Rama's personal revenge, to take him to prison as soon as he completes his sentences, serving him as if Fatos Tushe is the head of corruption .
The first time, Fatos Tushe was arrested on July 6, 2021 and sentenced to 2.4 years in prison, for a 240 thousand Euro tender, on the charge of "Abuse of duty", but the former vice-mayor and current mayor of Lushnjë Municipality, Eriselda, were not affected. Neither Sefa nor the members of the commission who made and signed the tender.
Within 1 hour after the arrest, Prime Minister Edi Rama signed the dismissal of the mayor Fatos Tushe and publicly ordered the leader of SPAK, Arben Kraja, to "rot" in prison.
On January 26, 2023, the former mayor of Lushnja, Fatos Tushe, finished his sentence of 2.4 years in prison and was released; but after 1 month, on March 2, 2023, SPAK arrested him again and he was sentenced to another 1 year in prison for "Inequality in tenders", with the same criminal fact that he was sentenced to 2.4 years in prison.
On March 3, 2024, Fatos Tushe completed his second imprisonment and was released, but Edi Rama, insatiable with revenge against him, ordered Altin Dumani to prosecute him for the third time and take him to prison.
Bablok's order was implemented 1 month after Tushe was released from the second imprisonment, specifically on April 10, 2024, when SPAK called him again as a defendant, this time fabricating the charge of not declaring 1 apartment and 2 cars.
The scandal is the fact that the mayor of Lushnja has proceeded with File No. 199/1 of 2021, who has been arrested and convicted 2 times in a row, has just completed the sentences for the 240 thousand Euro tender, which was signed by the current Mayor of the Municipality, Eriselda Sefaj, who is not being affected.
And not declaring an asset is a criminal offense, but it seems absurd, the fact that it was Fatos Tushe's turn to go to prison for the third time in 3 years, for negligence in 1 tender of 240 thousand Euros and negligence in not declaring an apartment of 60 thousand Euros.
Meanwhile, the former director of AZHBR, Frida Krifca, for 3 years criminal complaint by the EU, OLAF and EUROJUST for the theft of 130 million Euros of farmers' funds, SPAK has not even called her to ask her, because Edi Rama has taken her as an advisor.
In the same way, SPAK is not investigating Frida Krifca, nor the source of the 2 million Euro apartments and villas in Dhërmi, Sarandë, Vlorë, Durrës and Tirana; even 10 days ago, she invested 15 million euros in a 50-story tower in Tirana, obtained as a construction permit from her husband's "Lutaj" family.
For 4 years, SPAK does not touch even 213 senior officials certified for hiding assets; he is even releasing the chief thieves Artan Lame, Anila Denaj, Ogerta Manastirliu, Blendi Gonxhe, Ergys Verdhon of KESH, Skerdi Drenova of OST, Piro Vëng of Porti Detar-Durra, Edlira Boden of the Trauma Hospital, Albana Ficon of QSUT, etc. .
It is not even investigating the villas, palaces, towers and resorts of rulers and politicians; he is not even investigating the villas in Lalz...
