Prime Minister Edi Rama was asked today about the decision of the Constitutional Court, which suspended the ratification of the agreement with Italy for immigrants.
Rama said that this is a matter and right of the court and refused to comment.
"It is the right of the Constitutional court, the automatic duty of the court to examine an agreement with a foreign state is sanctioned in the Constitution. I have nothing to add related to my duties," he said.
