The legal representative of the DP of Rithemel, Ivi Kaso, presented at the court hearing in Appeal the request for the dismissal of Enkelejd Alibeaj's complaint.
The lawyer has asked for the decision of judge Agron Zhukri to be upheld and the decisions of the National Assembly of the DP of December 11, 2021 to be recognized.
Meanwhile, the legal representative of the official Democratic Party, Rezart Kthupi, has claimed that the request of the other party is not supported by law and requested its dismissal.
"We appreciate that the Supreme Court has guided the Appeal in its own arguments, with the main reason that the Appeal did not understand the essence of the case, that is, that this case is being conducted without the presence of other parties. It is very specific regarding the verification of these decision-making, for the acts of a political subject. The law says that they must be careful, there is only one party, and the complaint is also made by the party that set the court in motion", said Kaso.
We remind you that on December 18, 2021, Berisha convened the PD Assembly and there a new statute was approved, which paved the way for the Reestablishment Commission.
The statute issued by the Assembly on December 18 was sent to the Court of Tirana and the latter approved it.
But Enkelejd Alibeaj sent it to the Appeal, opposing the decision of judge Agron Zhukri, as he considers it illegal.
