The Civil Court of Tirana overruled the request of Gazment Bardhi and several other deputies for the deregistration of Lulzim Basha as the chairman of the official Democratic Party. Former deputy Halit Valteri revealed a new scenario, where he said that Basha and Bardhi are together and will take over Berisha's party.
"If Reestablishment is Bardhi and Berisha, then Basha and Bardhi take it. Berisha is on the balcony. Basha is the official PD, although his father took him out of the house, but he took the child to his father to fill his mind to take over the party. These two are together, Bardhi will not let Berisha create another sigil and they will join Basha", Valteri said.
In an attempt to delegitimize him, analyst Arben Meçe said that Bardhi and Berisha are legitimizing Basha.
"With this trial, Basha has the right to request the removal of the pulpit. Each of their requests to delegitimize Basha failed. Basha, with these decisions, the court takes the offices. But what puts the final stamp on it is the spirit of the Supreme Court that passed the case to the Appeal. The point of division in PD is Berisha", said Meçe for Report TV.
