The SP MP for the Vlora district, Ardit Bido, drew the attention of Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi, saying that he had given Berisha immunity for using offensive language.
"Under normal conditions, I would be very harsh with you personally, both in your institutional capacity as Speaker of the Assembly, but also in your personal capacity as a beacon of Korça citizenship, for allowing insults to be used in this Assembly by the opposition leader," said Bido.
After Bido finished his remarks, Niko Peleshi thanked him, but said that first, he must respect the regulations, and gave his lack of experience as the reason for not understanding his behavior.
"Thank you very much for your remarks, but if you want the rules to be respected for other colleagues, you must respect them yourself, your speech was not procedural at all, first of all. Second, if you cannot understand my behavior in relation to all colleagues, majority or opposition, perhaps it is due to a lack of experience," said Peleshi.
