The plenary session in the Parliament was accompanied by strong retorts between Socialist Party MP Zegjine Çaushi and Democratic Party MP Flamur Noka.
The clash came after Noka mocked the majority, declaring that "the Assembly has been gentrified" and described the socialists as "eunuchs in the Sultan's palace."
After the Democratic MP mentioned her name, Çaushi reacted from the Parliament podium with direct accusations against Noka.
She accused Noka of stealing property and taking the houses of brothers, sisters, and sisters-in-law when he was at the head of the Housing Authority.
"I don't know how the gentleman got here and is so shameless that he should be the last one to talk about corruption. He has been to the Housing Authority and the homeless housing and to his family, brothers and sisters and Bulgarian, Greek and Romanian sisters-in-law. You Muli, only Gazi has the right to come from within your party," said the socialist MP.
The replies between them continued in harsh political tones, increasing tensions in the Assembly hall during parliamentary discussions.
