The opposition continues with its accusations against SPAK prosecutors regarding the incinerators issue.

"In the decision of Judge Irena Gjoka, regarding the security measures against the employees of the Municipality of Tirana, it is quite clear that the prosecutor of this file, Dritan Prençi, has hidden:
1. Erion Veliaj's letter sent to the former Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani, in which he requested approval to develop this concession, a request to which the former Minister of Finance responded negatively.
2. Erion Veliaj's written communication with the former Minister of Finance, Arben Ahmetaj, to whom he re-sends the request for the approval of the start of the procedures for this concession. Arben Ahmetaj, in a more emphatic and categorical language, reminds Veliaj that this request is not based on the law, that the study is incomplete and that there is a lack of funds to afford this concession.
3. The letters sent to the Council of Ministers of the former Minister Lefter Koka, where it is expressly quoted that this is a project that Erion Veliaj was persistently requesting, for which the mayor himself had started public hearings, as he considered this concession as a priority.
4. The official meeting on September 28, 2017, of the Tirana Municipal Council, where Erion Veliaj with voice and face deceived the councilors in their decision-making, saying that this concession would not bring any financial implications for the Municipality of Tirana.
5. The data of the investigative file against Arben Ahmetaj, where the head of SPAK Altin Dumani himself, as the prosecutor of this file, mentions the e-mails of Tirana Municipality officials, communications which have surprisingly disappeared from the investigative file of Dritan Prenc.
6. The KLSH report, developed at the Ministry of Finance, where it is expressly cited that Erion Veliaj did not receive the approval of the Municipal Council for this concession contract, which entered the Municipality of Tirana into a 30-year financial commitment, in the amount of 91 million euros. said the Horse.
The former candidate of the opposition for the Municipality of Tirana called on the Special Prosecutor's Office to bring to justice the real owners of this corrupt enterprise.
