The chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, denounced from outside the Assembly that 100 people convicted by the GJKKO have been released thanks to the criminal amnesty.
He said that he has asked Minister Manja for an urgent interpellation on this issue. He also attacked Bardhi and Berisha's group for bargaining with Rama.
"Another issue I wanted to address is the work of amnesty. It is clear that what they raised as a concern is a genuine plan. Why if SPAK was consulted in the case of the first draft law and not in the second case. The answer is clear, Ulsi Manja and SP have only had one interest, they have kept the convicts for more than 3 months to release over 100 convicts for corruption. It would not be possible without the unification of votes, so yesterday we submitted an urgent request to Ulsi Manjë. The DP and the deputies of the DP and anyone who came out of the votes of the DP cannot be involved in this dirty bargain that was aimed at the release of corrupt officials and convicted by SPAK", said Basha.
