Flamur Noka did not allow the socialist deputy Nasip Naço to speak in the Assembly. Noka took the microphone, while also bumping into the guard.
"You are the parliament of the narco state", said Noka.
Meanwhile, Noka was excluded from the session, according to the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, because of the inappropriate language she used in the session.
"Are you threatening me? Are you threatening the Speaker of the Assembly? Shame on you, you are also a mountain man", addressed Nikolla-Noka, as the latter and other opposition MPs had blocked the floor of the Assembly.
The quarrel started at the beginning of the session, after the opposition MPs requested a motion with a debate with Prime Minister Edi Rama, as well as the registration of Sali Berisha as a deputy of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party. Nikola rejected the claims of the opposition, which also brought their reaction.
Due to the protests of the deputies, the session was interrupted for the second time, to resume a few minutes later.
