Amid debates, today's plenary session has begun. While Speaker of Parliament Nikolla read the announcements of the DP parliamentary group, the democratic deputies objected to her saying that she did not read the full announcements highlighting the inclusion of Sali Berisha in the DP group.
Bylykbashi from the Assembly issued accusations against Speaker Lindita Nikolla, accusing her of violating the Constitution.
He said that in the case of not accepting the decision of the Reestablishment parliamentary group, to bring back Sali Berisha, the procedures are being violated.
Lindita Nikolla: You know that in that announcement there is a case that was excluded from the DP group by the decision of the DP.
Edmond Spaho: You have no attributes to interfere in the decisions of the DP group. The letter that came to you from the DP group obliges you to announce that Berisha is the chairman of the DP group. I don't understand what you have with the announcements of the DP group. Where do you find the right to make decisions on our behalf? Read the regulation.
Oerd Bylykbashi: Your problem is when you violate the constitution. No one forces deputies except the people's vote. As in the constitution, the regulations do not foresee any procedure for removing a deputy from the DP group. Today is your decision to leave out the head of the DP, a deliberate and unconstitutional action to block the opposition from performing its duty. There is no provision for the expulsion of MPs. You have no right to do this. Berisha should be part of this group, your decision is in violation of the constitution. The responsibility is yours. Implement the decisions we make.
