Finally, Kalaja warned that he will take the case to the Constitutional Court, requesting the opening of all the boxes.
" We have sent a number of cases to SPAK, including the KAS decision. The prosecutor has accepted the criminal offense of electoral fraud in my case, but has said that SPAK does not have jurisdiction, because it falls under minor offenses. There were major violations in the May 11 elections. The Durrës Prosecutor's Office has been tasked with taking the case further if there are indications of a structured criminal group.

Many MPs will lose their mandate because they were elected by gangs. I am confident that I will be in parliament. I want the ballot boxes to be opened, the votes have been manipulated. I recovered 105 votes in some ballot boxes. The votes are simply viewed through CEC videos. The will of the citizens has been deformed. I will demand my right and I will take the matter to the Constitutional Court. "- said Kalaja.
