Today, the chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, in an interview with the media, finally closed the "door" to Sali Berisha and Gazment Bardhi.
According to Basha, Berisha and Bardhi are using the Parliament for personal interests.
"DP's positions on certain issues have not changed and I have no intention of going back to the past. For every opposition MP, for anyone who wants to take responsibility for the political rotation, for the removal of Edi Rama and his corrupt gang, there are some key questions that must be answered with votes and not words. Vote for the politicians, the law is in the Parliament. Rama will try to sabotage it and vote against it, but every deputy has a duty and the citizens will be judged, they will see their personal interest or they will see the national interest", said Basha.
"I have no intention of feeding the news with two-year-old soap operas. DP has made clear political decisions, reconfirmed them at the DP national assembly on September 2. What people expect is not to find jobs for ourselves as MPs in the next elections and to use the parliament as a theater for personal interests.
Citizens deserve a politics clean from corruption and crime. Vetting for politicians does that.
No personal interest and no personal account will move the DP on the path he has started. DP has a clear platform for the citizens, it has an alliance with the citizens. Anyone with no vested interest is welcome to participate. The DP has no accounts of pumpkins with those who do it for personal interests", said the head of the DP.
