Former president Bamir Topi has spoken about the current situation of the Democratic Party. He criticized the opposition, as according to him the opposition did not know how to be such, giving more power to Prime Minister Edi Rama.
He says that parliamentarism does not exist because there is no opposition. Topi also said that Rama plays this way today because he doesn't need anyone.
