On Thursday, we start the resistance in the Parliament. No more submission and contempt from a villain, a criminal, from a man who has no principles.
Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha will implement tomorrow the plan to bring back tensions and clashes in the Assembly hall. Yesterday he and Gazmet Bardhi took the decision to waste the reactions in front of the majority and the plan will be implemented tomorrow in the plenary session. It was Sali Berisha who announced such a thing. He gathered the structures of Tirana in a meeting today, where he warned of chaos and tensions in the Parliament hall, thus bringing back the old scenes.
" On Thursday, we start the resistance in the parliament. No more submission and contempt from a villain, a criminal, from a man who has no principles. Who is ready to sell everything for his power. Let's start the battle in the parliament. Not to stop it, until the Albanians' right to free vote is restored. It is not an easy battle. But it is absolutely winnable. The deputies in their meeting yesterday in all the discussions were of the opinion that the battle should start in the parliament. It doesn't work like this anymore ," he said.
Meanwhile, today the debates that took place in the meeting held yesterday by the DP group have been revealed. There were those MPs who demanded extreme measures.
A strong proposal was that of the deputy Bujar Leskaj, who demanded that the democrats go to the extreme, and even proposed the idea of a hunger strike, like Pjetër Arbnori.
" We must deepen the opposition action. Our situation is difficult. This means that we have to react accordingly. We must take step by step all the possibilities of reaction, even going to the extreme, in hunger strikes, as Pjeter Arbnori did in 1997", Leskaj is said to have said .
Furthermore, Helidon Bushati has stated that MPs should not have complexes about the boycott.
" I believe, doctor, that we should not exclude the boycott as well, not an endless boycott, but a boycott with a specific time and that has clear political goals. We should not have a boycott complex ", said Helidon Bushati.
Berisha opposed the boycott, insisting on the action to send letters to foreign chancelleries. " I think we should make a letter, also public, and distribute it to the international offices and let them know what is happening in the Albanian parliament, what is happening with the opposition. Then we have to gather the allied parties, where we can discuss the situation in question and the last step is the clash, in order not to allow the normal development of the parliamentary sessions, but to block them", he said .
