The Special Court will decide tomorrow whether to accept the SPAK's request to put Sali Berisha under house arrest for the "Partizani" complex file.

After listening to the parties, prosecutors and lawyers, Irena Gjoka decided to make the decision tomorrow at 3:00 p.m.

SPAK demands that the former prime minister not only be locked up at home, but guarded by police at the door and forbidden to communicate with the outside world, except for his family.

Today, the court rejected two requests of Berisha's lawyers, firstly for the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka and secondly for the presence of the media in the session.
