After the reaction of the Academy of Sciences on behalf of the two MPs who asked Skënder Gjinushi to be the lifetime president of the Academy of Sciences, the MP Ina Zhupa says that they are putting pressure on the Parliament of Albania.
Zhupa has accused Skënder Gjinushi of holding the Academy hostage for personal interests and ambitions. She also added that Gjinushi has openly admitted that he was the one who made the proposals to give himself a second term, in pure conflict of interest.

The usurpers in the Academy of Sciences should not dare to put pressure on the Assembly of Albania!
Skënder Gjinushi holds the Academy hostage for personal interests and ambitions.
After openly admitting that it was he and the leadership who made the proposals to give themselves a second term, in pure conflict of interest, blowing up the entire 7-month cover-up as a proposal of Koci-Beqiraj, now they demand that the assembly become a law breaker and procedures for their interests.
SCANDAL and SUPER SCANDAL when these violations and frauds are committed by an institution that should be elite.
1- The assembly is lied to as a draft law of the deputies, arguing that they got the information in the annual analyzes of the academy, not a word in relation coming from Gjinushi to Gjinushi until he himself accepts it!
2- The draft law is changed several times along the way, with 4-5 drafts, until at the end the articles copied only for Gjinushi and the presidency are left. It is not allowed by the parliamentary procedure to change the draft law. If they withdraw the bill, it would be in their honor.
3- The opinion of the Council of Ministers in the capacity of the authority responsible for drafting and proposing amendments to the law of the Academy of Sciences should be requested for the draft law. Gjinushi quickly realizes that he is in violation of the law, but we will not violate our procedural obligations for his interests.
3- Vice President of the Academy of Sciences Vasil Tole is without a mandate, his 4-year mandate has ended. Today, the presidency of the academy has a vice president, Mr. Vasil Tole, whose mandate ended in May, and they have not done the regular procedure of electing a new vice president for two months.
4- The presidency of the academy is violating the law and denying the race for the new president of the academy, a campaign that should have been opened according to the statute on June 19! Gjinushi's mandate ends on July 19, and he is practically no longer president of the academy due to the whim of an individual.
5-The academy should have been in the election campaign for its leaders today and the assembly has no right to change the rules of the competition in the middle of the competition.
I am sure that no 52 yes no academic is for breaking the law and violating the statute of the academy.
Today, the usurping president demands a second term at all costs regardless of how many laws, procedures and articles of the constitution must be violated for him. Boll is boll, the assembly cannot violate the laws and procedures in the function of an individual!
