In an interview for Euronews Albania, Elezi said that Berisha is using the same strategy as Basha, promising protests only to gain time until the next elections.

" I agree that there should be strong protests when governments are in such moral collapses. An opposition can overthrow the government through protests. Berisha has a role model like Basha; he starts the revolution in September, they push it to the end of October, December comes, the day of democracy, January is cold, we will return in the spring to overthrow him, in the spring the elections come.
