The chairman of the DP group, Gazment Bardhi, gave a statement to the media where he spoke about the Electoral Reform.
Bardhi stated that the meeting of the Electoral Reform Commission, which will be held on Friday at 10:00, is like a farce by those who, according to him, blocked the commission for 22 months in a row.
"The Assembly has a tradition of the functioning of this commission. The opposition and the majority must not simply have equal numbers, but the will of one party cannot be imposed on the other.
The continuation of the farce by repeating the 2020 scandals in a one-sided electoral reform announced for Friday is another facade of those who blocked the electoral reform for 22 months, allowing Edi Rama the elections on May 14 with the same problems" , said Bardhi. .
Bardhi called the representation of the opposition in this important commission a great responsibility, but did not give specific names for the list from the DP side.
