The Prime Minister of the country, Edi Rama, at the beginning of the school year has stated that he will look at the possibility of retired teachers engaging in a reduced schedule.
"I am right when I try to argue with ministers that we have a lot of retired teachers who we can invite to work on a reduced schedule under a special care that has to do with supervision and with the ease that they need to have in terms of communication the work process of vocational education students in the enterprise, as part of the dual system that we are deepening.
We are working intensively on the meaningful data that enable us to begin the integration of pensioners in the space of this comprehensive economic growth, so that pensioners also begin to feel those who are sensitive in the family budget of the lessons that today have the salary average 950. A salary which creates the premises for teachers to demand more from themselves," said Rama.
