SP MP Zegjine Çaushi, from the Assembly hall, addressed her opposition colleagues, telling them to return to normality and continue the session in order.
So far, the opposition has only offended, calling for a tone down. Meanwhile, it has not "forgotten" to continue with the ironies against Gazment Bardhi, as it did during the election campaign.
"Gazi is not like that, and you others will end up like Gazi," the SP MP said ironically.
Meanwhile, the head of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Taulant Balla, has drawn the attention of opposition MPs to respect the assembly's regulations.
Balla said that the matter of procedure is taken after the approval of the minutes and after the presentation of the agenda. He also took a dig at Jorida Tabuku, whom he said he could not stand for the issues that were discussed at the Conference of Speakers.
"In the last session, I requested, I took the floor where based on the minutes, I requested respect for the rules of procedure. I cited that the plenary session begins with the voting on the minutes of the previous session. We have been listening for over 20 minutes to discussants who have not said a single word about their speech in the previous session. And for the first time in so many years, there are precedents that have never happened, there have been no discussions on items on the agenda.
The floor for procedure is taken after the approval of the minutes and after the presentation of the agenda one by one. We have had a fruitful discussion in the Conference of Speakers, and I heard here a deputy who referred to this issue, but she could not bear to move on to this issue and took the floor for the minutes. Now a little patience, because the heads of the parliamentary groups are authorized for that point", said Balla in the Assembly.
