Here are the results of the open list...
The vote counting process continues at a rapid pace, as attention is focused on the open list. A little while ago, "Pamfleti" published the situation in Tirana, where 7 names on the open list of the SP will receive a mandate and 2 from the DP. In the latter, Tabaku and Alimehmeti are in the race.
But it seems that it is not just Tirana, as several names have emerged in other districts, who have at least so far secured a mandate as MPs. But it must be said that it is still too early, as there are still many votes to be counted at the candidate level.
The DP and the SP agreed to change the system and introduced a scheme where some lists were open and some were closed.
Although it was sold as a scheme that the list is open and will be decided by the citizens, in fact it seems more of a competition within the type. Looking at the results so far, the one who has benefited the most is the PS and Rama used this scheme to leave out many of the old guard. While from the DP there are only a few names in Korça, Durrës, Kukës, Fier, etc.
