The head of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, spoke about the recent changes in the Electoral Code.
He says that the closed lists are killers for small parties, as he emphasizes that the fault for the removal of pre-election coalitions lies with Lulzim Basha, who, according to him, abandoned the Parliament by burning the mandates, which then led to the unilateral reform.
In an interview for "TCH", Duka said that he will join Berisha in the 2025 elections, because he is forced by the closed lists.
"We have not lacked communication, Berisha not only communicates by phone, but also gives speeches. It is important to agree on mutual interests under established conditions. If PD, Berisha, Noka, Gazi do not give us what we deserve, we will do the rest.
