Although harsh, Sali Berisha's stance concealed a kind of obvious pleasure in entering the open line of attack against SPAK, even of his "beloved-enemy" colleague.
It is in his style to show his pleasure with a political masochism that has now become a model in all of Albanian politics, especially in what we consider "right-wing".
It would be convenient for Sali Berisha to turn this issue in the direction he wants, but the truth seems to lie elsewhere.
Edi Rama, his 'pamphlet' regarding the actions of SPAK, had nothing to do with the prosecutors who are attacking the government. Because he knows that any action against him is not at all a visible projectile from Altin Dumani's cannon from the "train station" as Rama likes to call it. But a submarine torpedo that has the order to strike from far away, yes, from far away. Exactly across the ocean, from an office in the State Department.
From where, a senior official of his was urgently sent to Albania on October 31st and did not meet Edi Rama at all. But only the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Interior.
And as it is learned, Lamallari has been asked not to commit any act that will hinder the independence of justice, of Koçi, so that the police do not hinder the work of SPAK, and even more so, commit any violation of powers, for which this government and this majority will deeply regret.
Prepared for strong moves from the US, Edi Rama has been waiting for the next blow, simply because he is in the stages of negotiating, sending them a coded message about how he sees this negotiation.
So what is being negotiated about?
Exactly what Altin Dumani declared in Parliament; the second 9-year mandate of SPAK prosecutors. Dumani himself has offered a compromise, not accepting a second mandate, but to remain a prosecutor until the end of the mandate.
To clarify more for the public, the latest attacks on the majority do not seem to be criminal cases initiated by investigations by special prosecutors. But clear and strong acts coming from the Americans and Europeans, precisely when Edi Rama's majority refused to extend the mandate of the SPAK prosecutors and its head. A stance that was made clear during the visit of the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken in 2024.
It is not common for an allied country to reject a request coming from the top of the US administration pyramid. But when this is noticed, we are dealing with a breach that provokes unrest.
Edi Rama knew this when he said NO to the Americans, and therefore he alone is responsible for this chaotic situation that is happening in Albania. Every attack that comes from SPAK is, above all, part of the war that the prime minister has provoked with the Americans.
Not only here, but also the pact he made with Sali Berisha before the elections to stop the extension of SPAK's mandate. Where as part of the bargain he returned the seal and gave him a building permit.
Everyone involved in high-level politics in the country, namely MPs and leaders, in the majority and in the opposition, knows this. But no one treats it this way, doing Edi Rama a great favor.
It is no surprise that this "bomb" was detonated in public by a voice within the majority very quickly, of course encouraged by the Americans, who will not remain silent in this political clash with Edi Rama.
This voice may even be a cruel victim of this war, which has not coincidentally been mentioned in major American newspapers such as the Washington Post or The New York Times these days. The launch of this war will really bring down Edi Rama, who is seeing that even within the SP his position is soot, because the rot has turned into gangrene./ Pamphlet

PAMFLETI..... një zyrtar i lartë i tij u dërgua me urgjencë në Shqipëri më 31 tetor dhe nuk e takoi fare Edi Ramën. Por vetëm ministrin e Drejtësisë dhe atë të Brendshëm. Dhe siç mësohet, Lamallarit i është kërkuar që të mos kryejë asnjë akt që do të pengojë pavarësinë e drejtësisë, e Koçiut, që policia të mos pengojë punën e SPAK, e aq më shumë të bëjë ndonjë shkelje kompetencash, për të cilat do të pendohet rëndë kjo qeveri e kjo mazhorancë......fiks paster drejt....sipas ligjit
