The Democratic Party has re-launched the idea of setting up the Parliamentary Truth Commission.

" The Democratic Party stands firmly behind the proposal for the Parliamentary Truth Commission. Only by uncovering and punishing the government-police-justice-crime nexus will the cycle of death and terror be stopped. The innocents of Shkodra, and other victims of assassinations throughout the country, must be rehabilitated, first by finding and punishing the guilty.
