The political leader in the Shkodra Region, Luçiano Boçi, also a DP legislator, says that crime and criminal gangs have complete control of Shkodra.
Speaking on Syri TV, Boçi said that referring to Monday's massacre in Shkodra, with 2 killed and 2 injured, the democratic MP fearlessly emphasized, it can be said that crime there is in its habitat.
According to Boçi, crime is favored by politics through economic dominance and social life, even interfering in electoral situations and the support of the majority, attributing this situation to the Prime Minister, Edi Rama himself.
" It comes as direct support from the Prime Minister's office, so he has appointed a crime coordinator who is his messenger and crime activator when he needs him in election campaigns. Rama has full responsibility and our rhetoric should not only lead to the criminalization of the police. The greatest criminalization is the political one, which controls the police ," Boçi said, among other things.
The Democratic legislator said that everything is moving at high levels, where between the Police-gang clash, the latter is the most favored.
Boçi: Crime has full control of the situation. From the recent events, crime in Shkodra is in its habitat. Crime has full political support, dominates the economy and social life, and often determines political relations with its interventions in electoral situations and support with the majority.
Crime does not exist with acts in the middle of the city and does not consider that the target also takes innocent lives. Criminal arrogance comes from full political support. In Shkodra, the Police Director was replaced with a new director and it happened because of an incident that was not broadcast. This is a political police director, who is in support of crime, gangs that do everything, as evidenced by the wiretaps that reward each other with murder. They are in union with politics and do everything for this prime minister to continue in power.
The police have no power in Shkodra, the honest segments do not act and receive political blows and are removed from office. Everything moves at high levels, between the clash of gangs and the police, the gang is the most favored. Everywhere in Albania it is the same situation. The police are out of control. If the police do not perform well, with the coordination of gangs to get votes, then the director leaves. The director left because he had not done the right political duty to get votes through gangs.
