In a press conference, the head of the Investigative Commission for concession contracts in Health, Albana Vokshi, stated that despite the fact that the majority does not participate in the meeting, the works will continue.
Vokshi said that more than 40 letters will be sent to the institutions for information, and he appealed to the institutions to respond after receiving the letters and not to fall prey to pressure.
He also informed that the next meeting will take place on Tuesday, at 10:30.
"Why do the majority refuse? Because Rama is not interested in this commission starting work. They did not come to the meeting of 4 because they do not want an investigation and transparency for the theft of 200 million euros.
We have collected the signatures for the next meeting on Tuesday at 10:30.
In order not to wait for the SP deputies, we have signed 40 or more letters and we will ask the Assembly to address them to various institutions. I would ask the institutions to respond when they receive letters, and not to fall prey to pressure, but to help clarify this corrupt scheme.
We addressed the Prime Minister with one letter, the KLSH with two letters for the audits, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Health, for the package of documents they have.
