The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke today at a media conference about the virtual minister "Diella".
Berisha said that appointing a "character" created by artificial intelligence as a minister is a scandalous act. According to him, the creation of "Diella" aims to avoid the responsibility of the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama for thefts.
"I will stop at Diella Rama, which constitutes the most scandalous act in the history of a state. A president of the Republic to prove that there is no constitution or law, to prove that he is a slave to Rama's illegal acts. He has proven that he is totally submissive. He shamed the constitution, he shamed Albania by decreeing as a minister, the virtual Diella, and by decreeing it, an unprecedented act.
After the first moment, the international media began to analyze that this is otherwise called theft by Edi Rama. Behind Diella there is no other goal than to avoid any responsibility for the thefts.
"Rama co-authored the country's most serious corruption files, the incinerators... the Llogara tunnel. In order not to have the authors responsible, he created Diella Rama. There is no greater shame than for the president to decree, Diella is the latest and closest member of the Rama family ," Berisha said.
